Task due on an unavailable day

An unchecked task due on a configured unavailable day is reported as an Inbox issue.

Why it matters

Availability markers show unavailable days, but a scheduled task on one of those days needs stronger treatment. It is not just calendar context; it is a task that should be moved. Named public holidays and personal labels make the reason clear, while overlapping reasons are kept together.

Inbox reports the conflict so the user can move the due date before relying on the Open board.

What to expect

Section titled “What to expect”
  • Unchecked tasks due on configured non-working weekdays, public holidays, or personal time off are reported in Inbox.
  • The issue includes the due date and every named availability reason.
  • Rows show only the earliest vacation collision for the note.
  • Tasks on normal working days do not trigger this issue.
  • The issue is visible in both Inbox and Open.
